This facility houses a 98,000 square foot office building and a 330 car parking garage. In addition, the FBI Field office has a gym, break room and conference areas. The project takes its design cues from many of the 1930’s era work projects Administration Buildings in Santa Fe NM. Designers used an extensive amount of traditional 3.5-inch brick, with Albuquerque’s Beaty Masonry placing 50,000 unites in multiple tones.
